Good Experiences Don't Fill Calendars.
Being Found Does.

Most UK tour and activity operators are losing bookings they never knew about. I find where it's happening and fix it.

20 minutes. No obligation.

The Analogue Gap

Two thirds of UK tour and activity operators are still running on paper diaries, contact forms, and missed calls. Meanwhile the customers looking for exactly what they offer are booking someone else, often someone with a worse product, simply because that operator was easier to find and easier to book. That gap between how operators run their businesses and how customers now expect to find and book them is the Analogue Gap. And it is getting wider every month.

Google now decides who gets found. Most UK operators are not ready.

At Google I/O 2026, Google confirmed that their AI now handles discovery and booking for local experiences directly within Search: finding options, comparing them, and presenting a direct booking link without the customer ever visiting a website. To appear in that flow, operators need a complete Google Business Profile, active review engagement, and a connected booking system with a live link. Most UK operators do not have all three in place yet. That will not be the case for long.

Your business, connected to every channel your customers are already using.

A Data-Led View of the UK Tour & Activity Sector

I'm mapping the digital performance of every tour, activity and attraction operator across the UK, region by region, county by county.Every business is scored on visibility, bookability, and trust using Google's own ranking signals. The patterns are the same wherever the data lands.

1 in 2 operators aren't responding to a single customer reviewGiving Google's AI nothing to work with
47% are listed on booking platforms paying commission on every saleBut have no way to take direct bookings
37% have no real-time availabilityMeaning customers who find them can't book instantly and move on

When a booking process is frustrating, guests don’t complain. They just leave.

Most operators lose guests to slow mobile checkouts or the "call/email to book" hurdle.I find the gaps where you’re losing revenue and ensure that when a guest finds you online, they actually complete a booking.

Show Up, Get Chosen

Your "front door" optimised so Google's AI knows exactly who you are and what you offer.

Made for the Thumb

Most tourists book on their phones. I make sure your booking journey is frictionless.

Sorted in Seconds

Secure payments and instant confirmation. You run the show, the tech handles the boring stuff.

One Source of Truth

I’ll sync your website with OTAs and Google so you never have to juggle calendars again.

Why Agnosco Digital

More than a booking system. A partner in your growth.

Here is what actually changes when you work with me, in plain English, not tech speak.

Be seen. Get booked.

01

Bookings You Didn't Know You Were Missing

You are losing customers before they ever contact you. I find where it is happening and close the gap.

02

Found Before They Even Search

Google's AI is already deciding who gets recommended. I make sure it has every reason to choose you.

03

Keep More of What You Earn

OTAs have their place. But every direct booking is revenue that stays in your business. I make sure you are getting both.

Grow your revenue.

04

Local Businesses Sending You Bookings

Hotels, B&Bs and visitor centres in your area become a direct source of bookings. I set up the connection. You deliver the experience. A new revenue channel that runs without you lifting a finger.

05

Your Past Guests Are Your Best Next Booking

They already trust you. They just need a nudge. I make sure they hear from you at exactly the right moment.

06

The Setup Is Done For You

You do not configure anything, learn new software, or sit through training sessions. I handle the full build. You review it, approve it, and start receiving bookings.

Stay supported.

07

Your Reviews Are Working For You

Every reply tells Google exactly what your business does and who it is for. I make sure you are saying the right things.

08

Always Know Your Next Move

No confusing dashboards. No guesswork. Just a straight answer on where your business stands and what to do next.

09

A Person, Not a Platform

Direct access to someone who set up your system, knows your market, and picks up the phone. That is the difference.

Steve Milner Founder

I don’t just "set up" the software.
I helped build the booking engine.

For the past decade, I worked directly with business owners to bridge the gap between their daily struggles and the technology they use. I took those real-world insights and used them to help shape Nabooki, an Australian-built booking platform used by tour and activity operators across the Asia-Pacific region, into the modern booking system it is today.I founded Agnosco Digital to take that 'insider' knowledge even further. While the software provides the tools, I make sure they are set up to work for your specific business. I get into the detail of how you operate, where you are losing bookings, and what needs to change, then I build it, connect it, and hand you a system that works.

  • The Full Picture: I audit your entire online presence, from your website to your Google profile and booking channels, to make sure your booking button is everywhere your guests are looking.

  • Direct Support: You get a direct line to me, not a ticketing system. When you have a question, you get an answer from the person who actually configured your system.

  • The Setup: You do not manage the build. I handle everything from configuration to channel connections and hand you a working system. Your job is to run your experiences.

When you work with me, you are not learning new software or managing another tool. I handle the entire technical side: setup, channel connections, Google Business Profile optimisation, and ongoing management, so you can focus on the experience you built your business to deliver.

What does the data say about your business?

I am auditing every region across the UK and publishing the findings for free. Every operator is scored on visibility, bookability, and trust. The patterns are the same wherever the data lands, and they are not flattering for most.

Operators who have all of these in place are significantly more likely to be recommended directly by Google's AI than those who do not. Getting all four right is exactly what I set up and maintain." } } ] }
The most common reason is an incomplete or unverified Google Business Profile. Google's AI now uses your profile as the primary signal for deciding whether to recommend you when someone searches for experiences in your area. If your profile is missing key information, has no recent reviews, or lacks a live booking link, Google has no reason to surface you over a competitor who has those things in place. This is fixable, and it is usually the first thing I address.
Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), platforms like Viator, GetYourGuide, and TripAdvisor Experiences, are a valid source of bookings and I would never recommend abandoning them. But every booking that comes through an OTA is revenue you are sharing, typically between 15% and 25% per transaction. The goal is to build a direct booking channel alongside your OTA presence so that customers who find you through Google, your own social media, or a local referral can book instantly without a third party taking a cut. Google's AI is now routing customers directly to operators with a live booking link. If you do not have one, those bookings go to someone who does.
If customers currently have to call, email, or fill in a contact form to book with you, you are losing bookings every day. This happens in two ways. First, tourists browsing on their phones want to book on the spot. If they cannot, they move on to the next operator who lets them. Second, Google's AI is now presenting direct booking links to customers searching for local experiences. Operators without a connected booking system simply do not appear in that flow. Research consistently shows that operators who add online booking see a significant increase in reservations, particularly from mobile users who book outside business hours. The question is not really whether you need one. It is how long you can afford to go without one.
It depends on what you are paying and what you are getting. Some systems charge fees on every direct booking, which quietly erodes your margin over time. The Nabooki booking system subscription currently costs $75 USD per month, which accounts for the majority of the £99. What you get on top of that is the full setup, Google Business Profile optimisation, channel management across OTAs and resellers, ongoing support, and someone who spent a decade helping build the platform you are running on. One thing worth knowing: if your booking volume grows to the point where you need a larger Nabooki plan, the monthly cost will increase accordingly. That is a conversation we have together when the time comes, and it only happens when your business is doing well enough to warrant it. This is also an introductory price for early clients. I am not going to pretend otherwise. If you are reading this now, you are getting access to a full done-for-you service at a price that reflects where the business is today, not where it will be. At £99 all in with no contracts, the question most operators find themselves asking is not why it costs £99, but why they waited.
You can cancel at any time with no penalty. If you want to keep using Nabooki independently after leaving, you can do that. If you want to stop everything entirely, that is straightforward too. The system is yours. I just run it.
Google's AI uses a combination of signals to decide which operators to surface, particularly for local experience searches. £99 a Month. Found, Booked, and Supported.

Most operators are losing bookings in at least two places: they are not appearing where customers are searching, and when customers do find them, there is no way to book instantly. Some are also paying OTA commission on sales that could have come direct. This fixes all of it.Google's AI is now sending customers directly to operators with a live booking link, bypassing booking platforms entirely for those transactions. Operators with a direct booking system keep 100% of those bookings. Operators without one cannot receive them at all.One direct booking a week at £100 covers this service four times over. Every booking after that stays in your business.£99 per month. All in.
Booking system subscription included. No contracts. No lock-in. Cancel any time.
What that covers:The Build: I handle the full setup: booking system configuration, channel connections including OTAs and Google, and Google Business Profile optimisation. You review it, approve it, and start receiving bookings.Ongoing Support: Direct access to me for questions, adjustments, and advice. No ticketing system. No waiting. As your business grows I am here to add new experiences or update what you already have.Half-yearly Review: Every six months I go through your performance data with you and tell you what is working, what has changed, and what to do next.Annual Strategy Call: A dedicated call each year to look ahead, plan for your busiest seasons, and make sure the setup is still right for where your business is going.

I handle the technology.
You provide the best guest experience.

From the moment a guest finds you online to the final confirmation, I ensure your calendar is managed and your seats are filled without the usual tech headaches.

Note: I only take on a small number of clients at a time, and I do not work with competing operators in the same area.
